Liberte Fitness is a company that offers ‘exercise in groups, outdoors, in various parks and gardens and on some of the most spectacular beaches in the country.’ I designed their first ever park and beach program’s in conjunction with Loughborough University. I also then went on to design the full nutritional strategy for clients attending their full beach days where fueling is so important!

After the huge success of these programmes, I was asked to supply advanced training programmes for more advanced officers in specialist units such as fire arms and the TSG.
